Townsend Constructors, Inc. provides design and build services for commercial buildings from $100,000.00 to $3,000,000.00. In addition we provide build-outs for tenant spaces in existing structures and remodels.
We also provide specialty concrete repair on:
Hotels, high rises and condominiums: balconies, porches, and concrete overhangs.
The services we provide for industrial facilities include:

The projects we have performed range from $500.00 up to $3,000.000.00. Because we provide quality products at a fair price, completed on time and within budget, we have been contracted repeatedly to complete projects for: The Florida Power Corporation, Florida Power & Light, City of Tallahassee and other electric utilities in Florida.
SPECIALTY CONCRETE
We perform specialty concrete repair on mechanical cooling towers, bridges, hyperbolic cooling towers, and damaged waterfront concrete. We use the Cem-Kote System for these repairs.
We also provide Design and Build services for residential homes from $100,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 in the Tampa Bay Area. In order to control quality and improve the schedule we self perform a number of the trades. As always, we stand behind our work 100%.
