REDUCING STICKER SHOCK Right from the start we work with the prospective homeowner to specify the finishes and fixtures in the home. This gives the homeowner quality finishes in the price range they can afford, reducing the Sticker Shock from change orders to upgrade your home from other builder’s Builder Grade finishes. BUILDER GRADE Normally means the least expensive carpet, tile, cabinets or finishes that a builder can buy. Most builders quote the lowest cost, least expense finishes in their Standard home. Everything else is an upgrade that costs you more money. We strive to quote the home that you can afford and not surprise you with additional costs.
